If so, click on the "BOOK NOW" link below (Be sure to choose the "Book Now" link for the appropriate location).  Saturday appointments cannot be booked online, they must be made by phone with the appropriate location.  

If you have not set up an account through our calendar booking system you will want to register.  It just takes a few minutes.  If you have already registered all you need is your email and the password you set up to log in.  You do not need to create a new account everytme, if you have forgotten your password, please click the "forgot my password" link and you will receive instructions through your email.

TIPS FOR ONLINE BOOKING:

1.  Our Calander system is not compatible with Internet Explorer.  So you may not see the "Book Now" button,  you may receive an error, or the booking will not save.

2.  You will be asked for a credit/debit card to HOLD the appointment.  In the event you fail to cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, or you do not show for your appointment; the card will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled session.  Otherwise, all payments will be taken in person at the time of your appointment. 

3.  How do I cancel or update/change my appointment on the online calendar system?

a.  To Cancel an appointment, click the "Book Now" button.  Log In with your email and password.  On the right side of the screen is a gray section entitled "MY APPOINMENTS" - click "show all".  It will then present all of your appointments.   At the right side of each appointment, there are three options:  view, book again, or cancel.  Click "cancel" next to the appointment you wish to remove.  A pop up box will appear asking if you wish to cancel, select the option that you do want to cancel. 

b.  To Update or Change an appointment date or time, you will want to cancel the original appointment (follow instructions of 3a), then book a new appointment.

 4.  You can book an appointment from a computer, tablet, or smart phone; however, we strongly suggest the first time you go into the system to register that you use a PC.  Some smart phones and tablets may not show all the required fields (or you may have to scroll from side to side or up and down to view all fields).  We have found that registering on a PC is the easiest option.  Once you have registered, then you should be able to access from any of the above.

5.  If you forget your password, simply go into the calendar system and enter your email and click the "forgot my password" link and it will send instructions to your email.

 6.  Please use the "Special Request" field to send specific information such as, New Client, Return Client, or any other information you would like us to know.
